2025 Midterm Permit Review
The New Mexico Environment Department is conducting a Permit Review for the Caja del Rio Landfill located in Santa Fe County. Caja del Rio Landfill has submitted documents that describe current landfill operations, regulatory compliance history, environmental monitoring results, compliance with permit conditions, and financial assurance.
